Hey, I'm Kim!

I’m the founder of H3Being™ and the creator of the Pause for Purpose™ journey—a transformational blueprint designed to help high-achieving women slow down, reconnect, and lead from a place of deep alignment.

I’ve spent years coaching executives and building leadership programs rooted in nervous system science, stress pattern awareness, and embodied leadership. But before I ever had the language or tools, I was on autopilot—doing all the things, carrying all the weight, and constantly pushing through.

I didn’t know there was a deeper way to live and lead. Pause for Purpose™ is the roadmap I wish I had back then. It’s a love letter to the version of me who didn’t know how to pause—and to every woman who’s been holding it all together while slowly losing herself in the process.

Question 1: Who is this program really for?

Pause for Purpose™ is designed for high-achieving women who are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from their purpose. If you're ready to reclaim clarity, calm, and calling -within the context of your everyday life-this is for you.

Question 2: I’m already stretched thin. How much time does this actually take?

We get it—your plate is full. That’s why Pause for Purpose™ is designed to work within the context of your real life, not in spite of it.

Each week includes:

One live coaching session (1 hour)

Short videos and worksheets you can do at your own pace

Daily reflections and nervous system tools (5–10 minutes/day)

You can move through the content flexibly and on your schedule—no pressure, no falling behind. This is about creating space for you in a way that’s doable and nourishing.

Question 3: What if I can't attend a live session?

All live coaching calls will be recorded and uploaded to the community platform within 24 hours. You’ll still get full access to the insights and practices, and you’ll be able to engage with the group in your own time.

Question 4: Is this therapy?

No—this is not therapy. This is a guided leadership and embodiment journey that helps you regulate your nervous system, uncover patterns, and step into purpose with greater clarity. While healing happens, this is not a substitute for licensed mental health support.

Question 5: What if I’m not sure what my purpose is yet??

Perfect. You don’t need to have your purpose figured out. The program is designed to help you clarify what matters, understand your nervous system patterns, and take small, aligned steps toward your purpose—even if it’s still unfolding.

Question 6: How much does it cost?

Right now, we’re offering Pause for Purpose™ at our founding cohort rate—just $100/week for 8 weeks ($800 total). This kickoff pricing is designed to make the experience accessible while we launch the first round of the program.

Payment plans are available, and you’ll get access to live coaching, self-paced tools, community support, and real-time transformation—all at a fraction of what 1:1 coaching typically costs.

Question 7: What makes this different from other leadership or personal growth programs?

This program meets you where you are—not with more hustle or productivity hacks, but with science-backed tools to calm your nervous system, reconnect with your inner knowing, and take aligned action.
You’ll experience our Head–Heart–Body–Hands™ framework, the Enneagram, somatic practices, and deep self-inquiry—all designed for women carrying deep responsibility.

Question 8: Is there a community aspect?

Yes. You’ll have access to a private online community where you can share reflections, ask questions, and connect with other women on the journey. You’ll be supported, seen, and reminded that you’re not doing this alone.

Question 9: Can I get a refund if it’s not for me?

Because this is a small-group experience with immediate access to materials, we do not offer refunds. But we’re happy to answer any questions you have before enrolling to help you decide if it’s the right fit.

Question 10: When does the program start and how long is it?

We begin with a special Sacred Start™ Welcome Session on Friday, September 12, 2025, at 12 PM (noon CST). This sets the tone for the journey and gives you access to key tools and the community space before we dive into live sessions.

The 8-week program officially begins on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, with weekly live coaching calls every Tuesday at 12 PM (noon CST) through November 4, 2025.
